In my case, i always download and install SM English after "add/remove
program" of the previous version.
then i download and install:
- seamonkey-2.24.fr.langpack.xpi
- dictionnaires_francais-5.0.1-tb+fx+sm.xpi
Then finally i switch the interface language to french and check if the
french spelling is active.
