What Is "netpredictions.sqlite"?

I know generally what the sqlite d/b is all about, but this particular 
one is a mystery. What's more, it makes up nearly half of my profile in 
size.

What is its purpose? Can it be eliminated, or at least reduced in size? 
If so, how?
