I think it is no longer functioning in SeaMonkey, which is why I do not have netpredictions.sqlite.It's likely in 2.25 is got created and since 2.26.x SEER got turned off but the file remained. I think deleting it won't hurt.I have two Profiles - one which had it, and one which did not.
