I suggest you install the PrefBar extension from <https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/seamonkey/addon/prefbar/>. Then import the Permissions Menu menulist from <http://prefbar.tuxfamily.org/buttons.html/category/privacy#permissionsmenu>.
