I got an email with a PDF attachment. When I right-click and choose

opening the file in the browser and, of course, it's all gibberish.
What's the secret to getting this to work? BTW, this just started
happening all of a sudden.
I believe there are more than one place you have to put the Foxit
Reader
in. Also, is Foxit Reader set up to look for a call from SeaMonkey?

Don't assume that because you've done this once you are done. PDF files
are served with several MIME types, so SeaMonkey will have several
entries to handle them. For example, my system lists:
Adobe Acrobat 7.0 Document (application/pdf)
Adobe Acrobat 7.0 Document (file/unknown)
Adobe Acrobat Forms Document (application/vnd.adobe.xfdf)
Adobe Acrobat Forms Document (application/vnd.fdf)
Adobe Acrobat XML Data Package File
I've had to make choices for all five to handle PDF and related file
types correctly.
Ah, a nice hint! Thans, Paul I'll check that tomorrow.
How does one add mime types to appear in Helper Applications?
How does one add specific applications to those newly added mime types?
