Did v2.30 change something with this hardware acceleration? I remember
having issues with it many years ago due to my very old Windows XP Pro
SP3 and ATI Radeon 4870 video card (still have them as I type this).
Believe it is related to video drivers as per the Firefox bug report. I
could be wrong. Don't know if SeaMonkey has OMTC.
