Did v2.30 change something with this hardware acceleration? I remember
having issues with it many years ago due to my very old Windows XP Pro
SP3 and ATI Radeon 4870 video card (still have them as I type this).
I just updated my openSUSE version through the Open Build Service repo,
and OMTC is enabled for Windows versions.
