If I try to scroll it, I keep getting "Unresponsive script" messages. It

Looks fine here, where the background is white.
Have you set a pref that changes the background color?
I do not change background colours of web pages except to dim them down
a bit if they are too light (white or off-white). The page on that site
was definitely black when I loaded it, not white. Maybe your setup
forces a white background?
