Interesting. I don't even need to do that. I just let download the web page
data and it
freezes. Even on its home page too! I also figured out what causes the problem.
It's
AdBlock Plus. :/ I retried the original URL I posted and it downloaded fine, but
reproduced your scroll down freeze, but never got that "Unresponsive script"
message. :(
I noticed in old IE8, its CPU is high too but doesn't freezes. Just slow.

Works ok with my AdBlock+.
It does take a while to download all the webpages though.
It's been 7 min and still downloading on a 16 mbps internet connection.
It may be never ending. Hundreds of gigabytes in the pipeline.
