1. Install the PrefBar extension from <https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/seamonkey/addon/prefbar/>. 2. Go to <http://prefbar.tuxfamily.org/buttons.html#permissionsmenu> and import the Permissions Menu into PrefBar. 3. On the PrefBar tool bar, select the Permissions Menu and then Installation. (NOTE: In my own setup, I edited the name of the Permissions Menu to be Manager; so I am not completely sure of the "vanilla" name of that menulist.) -- David E.
