Her address has been exposed, and yours has not. There are literally
dozens of ways that spammers get addresses, too numerous to mention in a
short newsgroup post. Once you're on their lists, you are toast.
I have three Roadrunner addresses and only one gets any spam. It's the
main one, so exposure may have been because RR "let it loose." I also have

Turn on the spam filters for the account, and let it redirect the spam to
the Junk folder. See the Account settings.

The filters are "trainable" so that each time you mark a message
as "Junk" it's definition of "spam" more closely resembles yours
[statistical matching]].
