Suddenly, withing the past week or so, anyone in my Address Book with a

Well if that is the error message that you are getting then the issue is a change in wowway.com's spam filter, or you have some change in the format of your email?

I have been writing to these folks for years using Sea Monkey and this
has never occurred before.

I need help fixing this, please.

Things to check on your part:

Maybe wowway.com has changed to only accept PLAIN TEXT and you are sending HTML format mail.

Do you have some remote linked image like a wallpaper or graphic in your signature? That can trigger spam filters.

Are you using a SUBJECT? Empty subject field can trigger spam filters.

Has wowway.com implemented some horrid WHITELIST only system like EarthLink? I just love it when a EarthLink user sends me an email and I am *replying* to them and my message gets bounced because they to not have me whitelisted and they *initiated* the conversation!

Take care,
