Almost four years ago, I submitted bug # to request user-oriented
documentation of the Blocklist capability.  This capability can cause
plugins to be disabled because they are known to contain malware.
Today, a comment was posted to that bug report that says:
> Is this still needed now that plugins are going away soon?

Are plugins no longer going to work with Mozilla-based applications?  I
do not have many, but those that I do have I use frequently.
