The usual practice in this forum is to bottom-post -- reply below the 
previous message. But if you include the signature from the previous 
message, that creates problems.

OK, I didn't notice you were using Zimbra instead of SeaMonkey. In 
SeaMonkey, everything below the signature delimiter is grayed out, and 
when replying, it is omitted from the quoted material. I don't know what 
Zimbra does.

Good. It's not supposed to be valid. If I use a valid address here, I'll 
get buried in spam because spammers can harvest addresses from these 
fora. But a human being looking at that address can usually figure out 
what part to change to make it valid.

Thank you Paul for the advice. I do recall about the "Delimiter" from Fido(?) 
but forgot all about it in the recent years. 
Also I recall that top-posting really upsets some folks . I will try to 
remember that custom also. 
Yes I am using the webmail interface of my ISP. That's the reason for the 
current rush to learn about IMAP and synchronisation
