Create a folder on your local system, for this example I will assume
/home/harsha/Documents/MyMailArchive
Then in SeaMonkey Mail go to the inbox select ALL the messages in the
index pane that you want to archive and right-click "Save As..." and
select the folder above and all emails will be saved as individual EML
files. Then you can delete away from your your inbox.
