How do you setup synchronisation with simultaneous deletion of the source?

If a folder in SM is synched with the IMAP server and you delete an
email on the computer it will be deleted from the server.
There are various other settings in Mail & Newsgroup Account Settings -
Synchronizaton & Storage.
