Do you have any userchrome code in the profile which uses the progress attribute? Any tab extensions?
Does it occur with a fresh profile? Works fine here using a locally compiled Seamonkey but I cleaned out the Anniversary Update to at least make it usable and use it only for testing in a VM. This is such a sh*tty release and getting rid of forced adds web search and ads eh suggestions took a lot.
