I suggest sending fake referrers.
network.http.referer.XOriginPolicy = 0 (always)
network.http.referer.spoofSource = true (spoof)
Some web sites don't even like fake referers. :(
How would they know if a referrer was fake or not??
Because they are looking for specific domains like download Apple's
movie trailers from its web site.
