Could be that your pluginreg.dat file is corrupted. Close SeaMonkey and
goto
~/.mozilla/seamonkey/<profile folder>
and rename pluginreg.dat to pluginreg.dat_bak
Restart SeaMonkey and see if your plugins are back.
