I just downloaded version 2.0.18 (actually 2.0.18.110) without any problem. The download links are about half-way down the Web page at <https://www.crystalidea.com/speedyfox>. The download files are .zip files, not installers. The unzipped contents are the executables. Unzip the file and move the result to where you want it to reside. For Windows, copy it and paste a shortcut from where you can execute it. -- David E. Ross <http://www.rossde.com/>.
