Here in FL there are plenty of places that are surrounded by broadband but people cannot get it at any price. Just because 7-Eleven, WalMart and McDonalds are only 10 minutes or less away doesn't mean broadband is available. Internet still isn't treated as a necessary utility everywhere in the USA like electricity is. Outside the US there are more areas where no one can get it. In any event, it's rude to be wasteful of others' resources.
