Microsoft just rolled out the anniversary update to users of Windows
TH2. Had to block it in the vm because this version is just so much
garbage. If this qot installed it might have damaged or disabled
SeaMonkey but this is a full Windows install and you or she should have
noticed.

2.46 running ok here on Win10 Pro 1607. I did have to use the Sidebar
search option to set the default search engine to my preferred instead
of DuckDuckGo. Afaics, based on my mail, news, and surfing patterns
everything that was was working in the prior SM versions is still
working in SM2.46.
With respect to the Anniversary Update, I'm not sure 'just rollled out'
for TH2 is current information unless it was throttled locally(GPO,
etc.) for the last 6 months or not offered due to system compatibility
or other means.
- The Anniversary Update(1607) was rolled out to 1511 users last
year(started in August 2016). TH2 was an update for 1507(Win10 RTM)
and released in the fall of 2015.
Unrelated 1507 reaches EOL(no support, no updates, no patches) next
month March 2017.
