No, but the settings are pretty much the same for XP.
When I was writing (in reference to the linked article), I was visually
checking against settings in Windows 7.
I don't have a copy of XP handy to verify against, and I know that the
navigation and UI will be a little different than it is for later
releases of Windows. However, what you're needing to do is to tweak the
Windows registry so that a call to "send mail" is selecting the
preferred mail client. That's something to do in Windows, and doesn't
relate either to Libre (the tool requesting a mail client) or to
Seamonkey (the client you want to use). You need to have things
correctly defined in Windows.
The research you need to do is with a search engine -- look for
something like "set default mail client windows XP Thunderbird". You
could also look explicitly for Seamonkey, although Thunderbird is
sufficient for this kind of search, and when you're adjusting Windows,
make sure you're selecting Seamonkey.
