What version of LO are you using?

I can verify the issue when using any LO 5.x or above with WinXP. I seem
to recall that I was able to set the email client path in earlier
versions (4.x).

When I finish performing a system upgrade I'll fire WinXP back up in
VMWare or VirtualBox and back down to an earlier version than 5.x. In
either event I do not believe it is is SeaMonkey issue but will let you
know after I've tested further.
