I thought I saw a "Backup SeaMonkey" option when I was looking thru the

How do I backup this SM 2.46 before something goes TU ? To Thumb Drive ?
How big is the complete backup (file) if I do that ?
Pretty much a matter of copying
%APPDATA%\Mozilla\Seamonkey\Profiles\********.default\*.* to another
location. This method disambiguates any locally-specific settings (other
than the random salt string at the beginning of the profile name), and
works for both XP and Win 6.x (Vista and newer).
Where you copy it to is up to you. One option is to simply copy to
another location on your hard drive (say, your Documents library), where
it can then be picked up by your regular backups. Output to other
media, including USB thumb drive, external hard drive, LAN-connected
drive, or cloud all have various ways to be commended. If you want to,
you can zip-compress the output. If you're a Linux or Mac user, it's
easy enough to write a script that copies into a compressed .ZIP or tar
archive.
Unfortunately, there aren't any built-in backup utilities in any Mozilla
offering.
