The Web page at the first link is poorly written. Where it says
> Help > Customize SeaMonkey > Advanced Preferences > Software installation
it implies that Customize SeaMonkey is a submenu of Help. WRONG!! This
is misleading.

Instead, it should indicate the following:

1. Select [Help > Help Contents] from the menu bar.

2. On the left pane of the SeaMonkey Help window, select [Customize
SeaMonkey > Advanced Preferences > Software installation].

Similarly for where that Web page says
> Help > Internet Privacy > Privacy & Security Preferences > SSL

Consider:
* Most state mandate that drivers have liability insurance.
* Employers are mandated to have worker's compensation insurance.
* If you live in a flood zone, flood insurance is mandatory.
* If your home has a mortgage, fire insurance is mandatory.

Why then is mandatory health insurance so bad??
