The Web page at the first link is poorly written. Where it says
Help > Customize SeaMonkey > Advanced Preferences > Software installation
it implies that Customize SeaMonkey is a submenu of Help. WRONG!! This
is misleading.

Instead, it should indicate the following:

1. Select [Help > Help Contents] from the menu bar.

2. On the left pane of the SeaMonkey Help window, select [Customize
SeaMonkey > Advanced Preferences > Software installation].

Similarly for where that Web page says
Help > Internet Privacy > Privacy & Security Preferences > SSL

Ah!! Thank you. Guess it just goes to show I don't use the Help->Help Contents Menu!!
