Solution is unfortunately to go back to 2.46 and wait for 2.49.1. Not
sure if we can backport all the parts to 2.48 and do a 2.48.1
I tested 2.48 including mail in 10.12.6 and it worked for me so not
everyone seems to be affected. If you are still on 10.11.x or lower you
should be good too.
