You may as well use English. I'm perfectly fine with that. As for the reply scheme I'm forced to use Gmail's rather confusig UI to respond write now instead of my mail client I usually stick to, hence that missing on my part. My last comment was about use of plain text andHTML which could play a part in emerging of the issue. I said it persisted even if composing was set to HTML. I believe there's no solution.
