Confirmed, I can reproduce it, too. Each page in print preview (and I've
tried several different settings) has a running header
[+] Action Kit(/) [Company website (http://www.actionkit.com)]
that obscures the first few lines of content.
This is a long-term issue with certain websites that write bad code (The
New York Times is a chronic offender). Testing with Internet Exploiter
11 reveals the same problem, the difference being that the header is
placed slightly differently so that half a line of body text peeks out
above it.
