I believe this is bug #1392371 against Thunderbird's component Message
Compose Window.  Since SeaMonkey uses the same (or approximately the
same) code as Thunderbird, this is likely also seen in SeaMonkey.  A fix
in Thunderbird is already available, but I have no idea when it will be
included in SeaMonkey.
