I receive email from pensacon.com (sci fi convention is Pensacola, FL). Seamonkey thinks it's a scam or junk mail even though I do have the address in my addressbook ([email protected]). How do I get SM to stop flagging it? I hit the ignore warning button each time but I can get another one the next day and it gets flagged.

"Ignore warning" doesn't train the Junk Mail Control feature. It basically says, "I know it's junk, but quit nagging me."

In order to train the JMC feature, you have to mark the message as "not junk."

Message | Mark | As not Junk or SHIFT-J will do it.

After a few of those, SM should take the hint.
