Sounds to me like the cams are not working.
They all worked fine for me yesterday, and they do again tonight, though
there isn't a lot of interesting activity (IMHO). I haven't seen the
error message you cite.
Logically speaking, if they work for some visitors but not others, the
problem is not with the cameras themselves.
