Sounds to me like the cams are not working.
The panda cams work for me. The play button in the middle of the video
frame looks a bit unusual, but it works.
When I clicked the play button, in my SM 2.49.1 browser, I was getting
"snaps" ever few minutes, with not much movement showing ... which was
pretty reasonable as the clock was showing it was about 4 a.m. their
time, when all good Pandas should be tucked up in "bed"!! ;-)
