I tried this on my wife's Windows XP SP3 PC with SeaMonkey 2.49.2 and the same settings I indicate above. I could NOT view the video. I suspect that my wife might be missing a codec. Later, I will get a list of the codecs on both her PC and mine. If I see a deficiency in my wife's PC, I will attempt to install the missing codec there.
