I do not understand.  Have you disabled JavaScript in the problem case?
Or is YouTube complaining about JavaScript despite the fact that it is
enabled?

So far today, I have viewed possibly 7 music videos on YouTube.
JavaScript is enabled, but so is AdBlock Plus.
