Well, it should be the VM indicated in the text, it was itself which wrote
it when I hit ctrl-Break...

The symptoms are: Fred get stuck thinking that the machine is overloaded
when it in fact doesn't have a thing to do. The fred load indicator is at
100% (or slightly above when viewing the textual value), taskmanager
indicates a load of say, about, 5% which definitely is the correct number
since the machine is as usable as if fred where shut down.

Current routing time is 0 ms and the node is still QueryRejecting.

I run two nodes and both exhibit the same problem. Both are running WinXP
Pro and the same VM. This dump was from a my 629 node. No bandwidth-limiting
or such enabled. No fiddling around with any config values except the most
basic ones done.
