Did you get the new seednodes.ref file? Did you delete the old routing files? I upgraded to 5066 a few days ago. It picked up few files in the first day and was quite buggy. I upgraded to 5068 yesterday. After a day it is now taking in a reasonable number of files. I run nodes on both the old stable network (using 5065) and the new stable network (using 5068).
