Did you try sharing the same node, ??nodes_*, ngrt*, rtprops_* files between the two installations?
The *whole* directory (/mnt/bigfat/freenet <=> T:\freenet) is shared! Only temp drives differs. I've been able to do this since clients for Linux and windoz doesn't share the same config file. No other paths are specified, so everything else is within freenet's directory.
