How did you install Freenet, what version did you install, and what is your operating system? Can't explain what's wrong until you tell us what you did. Also did you edit the freenet.conf file manually by hand?
At first glance it looks like freenet.conf is corrupted so maybe try deleting it and rerunning freenet. > I install the last version of Freenet and nothing work.
