The upgrade procedures are in the FAQ on the ebase web site, and in 
the manuals. In short, the procedure involves importing the data from 
each file in the ebase file set to its corresponding file in the new 
version, and updating the auto-enter index on the serial number 
fields in many of the files. Any customizations you have done to the 
old file set will need to be re-created in the new version.
