Laura,
Only a suggestion, but if you've already imported the Names data, I'd
suggest also importing the Payments using "Admin2 / Import a File into ebase
/ Import Payments into ebase". As long as you have a legacy ID to relate
Payments to Names, it's much quicker and easier than the Names import.
Certainly much less work than typing in 400 to 750 records (I recently
needed to add about 100 manually and it was a lengthy process). The only
problem I can see is if you have special data as a result of the v1.00
modifications that won't translate into the v1.03 Payments file. If that's
the case, contact me offline and I may be able to offer some advice on
handling it.
