Your immediate problem sounds like the names_.102 file has been 
damaged in the crash. If the file is present in the file set and 
isn't recognized on startup, the file is probably damaged and should 
be restored from your most recent backup.

The original problem is apparently crashing when you try to send a 
mass mailing. In order for the list watchers to help, you'll need to 
be more specific about what step you are attempting when the crash 
occurs, and what happens (freeze, FileMaker quits, etc.).
