I am getting ready to do my first mailing using ebase to print the lables, and I have a concern. My organization has members in various different states, and we have always included an ACD code on out of state mailings. I am not sure exactly what it is except that it is related to Zip code, but the woman in charge of our newsletter seems to think it is necessary. Ebase does not have a field for this, and we don't have filemaker. Is there some other ebase field where I could put this code and have it appear on the lable? Has anyone else come accross this problem? What are others doing for out of state mailings?
