Here is another easy way to do it with the computer.  Your have to be 
using the "master" password to make this work. You use the "Find" and 
"New Request" functions in the Mode Menu as follows:

Click on View Payments
Click on View Pmt Entry
Under the Mode menu (FMaker menus at the top) drag down to Find. (you 
can also do command "F" on apple or control "F" on a PC)

Enter source code #1  in the Source Code field
Go back to the Mode menu and drag dow to New Request
Enter source Code #2 in the Source Code field
Repeat for more requests

After you enter your last request click on find or type enter

This will give you one found set that includes all your requests.

Next go to the Report button under Output on the ebase screen and 
follow the options.  You can also customize the report for what you 
want.
