Turnaround time is long.
Depending on where you're located and your focus, you should maybe do some
research into other funding avenues as well. As an example:
The New York Foundation For the Arts Planning and Technology Grants
http://www.nyfa.org/atpg/index.html
They ran out of money & and are awaiting more cash, but you get the idea.
There may be a similar program covering your organization's location and
focus. Hey, be ambitious and apply for new computers too.
