Can't be done with web hosting only. You could present a data entry 
screen, for example, that incidentally looks like ebase, but you 
won't be able to use the functionality made possible by the scripts 
and buttons in ebase across the web.

Not through a web browser. In order to use ebase with full 
functionality at remote computers each client will need a copy of 
FileMaker.
