Hard to answer that, since a Find is the basic method for generating 
a found set.

I'm not at all clear on what you are attempting here. I'll guess that 
you want to isolate a found set of the folks who are invited for each 
day. How is that coded? Do you have a field in which you have entered 
the day they are invited? You can search on any field in the file, so 
you can do a find for the day.

I'll also add that you can omit records one by one with the menu item 
Records>Omit Record. If it's a short list, you scroll through the 
list and omit selected records as appropriate. Tedious for many 
records and easier to enter the day they are invited someplace so you 
can search more quickly the next time.
