What you're asking for is a way to find a group, but without a 
criterion to select them by. That's hard for humans, let alone a 
silicon-based processor. You've got to specify a search criterion to 
find a group, even if you are going to look through them one by one 
(and you sure don't want to do that with 4000 records). Look around 
and see if you can find something. If you invited them for a specific 
day, you must have a record of that. How did you invite them? Are 
there contact records for the invitation? How did you specify in the 
invitation which day they were invited for?
