The way you change who gets recorded is to pull down
Edit>Preferences>Application. One thing you can do is to tell people who sit
down at the machine to do some work is to reset who the user is with the
above. I do a slightly automated version of this in that users bring up
startup.102 instead of ebase.102. Startup automatically (via a startup
script) brings up the above dialog. It also has buttons that open some other
FileMaker files, e.g. our library books, as well as ebase.
